How our Onboarding Process works

Discovery

Once a candidate is hired, it is important to review their pre-employment assessments with them.  This begins to help them understand what the hiring team saw in them as a candidate, as well as identify areas for development. 

Learning

The hiring manager will go through a similar process once a candidate has been selected. We administer a portion of the same assessments. The hiring manager will begin to understand their behavior and communication style as well!

Combination

The final meeting of our Onboarding Process is the most impactful. We review how alike and similar the new hire and their new bosses profiles are. This begins building strong communication and trust.
