In our industry, pricing isn’t always straightforward—every organization has unique needs, team dynamics, and goals. That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. With some services, like The Emotional Intelligence Journey™, pricing is per person. But with the group options, such as The Leadership Essentials Playbook, the overall investment is higher while the investment per head decreases.
Some programs offer different timing options. For example, The Emotional Intelligence Journey™ offers 3- and 6-month program options, with the 3-month option being a smaller investment.
For example, in our program The Hiring Process Coach™, you'll have a smaller investment for a typical hire, whereas hiring an Integrator™ will require a larger investment.
This program is $15,000-$25,000. The $15,000 investment represents the typical cost for regular hires, while the higher end of this scale would be reserved for complex hires, like hiring an integrator.
The three-month EQ Journey is $3,000-$5,000. The six-month journey is up to $7,000.
The personalized version will cost $5,000–$8,000 per leader. The investment of the group version depends on the number of participants but is typically $3,000-$6,000 per leader.
A typical leadership program involving two sessions for the executive leadership team will cost $25,000-$30,000. For secondary leadership tiers, the cost is $15,000-$20,000.
If you’re starting from scratch, the full program is about $16,000-$20,000, and this includes a full year of coaching for supervisor and direct report. This decreases if you've already invested in some of our other services.
The Job Scorecard™ is a great entry point into any of our other services, but you can get it as a standalone offering for $6,000-$8,000.
