When we look at the data, we are able to identify patterns and consistencies in the behavioral and motivational makeup of your current superstars. By averaging and sorting the data numerically, a preferred hierarchy will appear. This profile is the base of what a preferred candidate profile will look like.

A la Carte Assessments
An Avatar is a composite profile of the ideal characteristics from your superstars. We collect and rank the superstar assessment results and an ideal profile will emerge.
A custom Avatar is created by taking the superstar averaged scores, manager custom input, and industry best practices. A prebuilt Avatar relies on industry norms and best practices as the basis of the profile.
The custom Avatar investment is $995 and includes a walk through of the candidate raw results, input of custom manager scoring, and industry best practices. Based on this input, a custom interview guide can be created.
Talent insights assessments are $50 per assessment and include Behavioral and Motivator Hierarchies.
Candidate comparison is easily done through the online portal that is set up after the profile is built.
Not to worry, this can be done! By using industry norms and best practices, a profile can be formed and hired against even without current superstars.
After a while, the profile can change. To update, we can add or exchange candidates and resort the profile based on the new norms.
