About The Speaker

Cyndi Gave, President of The Metiss Group,  has been involved with Vistage for almost a decade, first starting as a national speaker before joining a group in Charlotte, NC. Over the last ten years, Cyndi has been sought after to speak to many CE, Key, and Emerging Leader groups across the US.  

 

While she is an expert in many different human behavior areas, Cyndi focuses her presentations on The Selection Process (Ready…Hire…Aim: Just Because Your Competition Hires This Way Doesn’t Mean You Should) and Performance Acceleration (I Hired Workers But Human Beings Showed Up).
